The day after we came back, our fridge (2-1/2 y.o. GE) died at midnight. GE can't come until Thursday. Since I have all the meat for our December holidays (we have family coming into town for 2+ weeks), I spent yesterday scrambling to buy a mini-fridge and freezer chest, reorganizing the laundry room to fit the freezer and getting that squared away.
I made my second etsy sale last week, which was a nice boost. And I finished off two new pieces I put in my shop this morning. I have a few others underway, but need to finish them off. At any rate, here are the two new pieces.
I made this bracelet because it uses a palette I love. Golden citrine nuggets, champagne citrine pear-shaped briolettes, golden rutilated quartz briolettes, hessonite onions, tundra sapphire rondelles, and vermeil.
I love how luminous this piece is. Teal fluorite rounds, lemon quartz spiral-cut briolettes, prehnite teardrops, citrine onions, and peridot teardrops with vermeil.

Those bracelets are lovely. Congrats on the sales! I totally understand about how time flies myself. Thanks for visiting my blog.
Ah so beautiful! I must say that I think the first one is just a little more precious though!
i adore the bottom one
hessonite onions sounds so funny, but so beautiful!
I love the names of stones and things, like, briolette is such a beautiful word!
Very beautiful! Somehow it makes me hungry the way you describe them. LOL
